As I said before, I started to work out from the beginning of November. I just did as others did; running on a treadmill, using a few of exercise machine and so on. I started to subscribe YouTube channel about two weeks ago. The instructor recommended some exercises for a beginner and told not to use some exercise machine. That could explain why I couldn't build muscle before. He also told if you wanted to run on a treadmill to warm you up, you should not run for too long but do intensely for 5 or 10 minutes.
To foster efficiency, I would like to systematize the framework of my workout. For example, what kind of exercises, how many times, how long and what order? Because there're a lot of types of exercises such as squat, lift, using barbell and etc. Stretching alone has various types. Today, I came to a gym earlier than usual, so I had enough time to work out. However, after running for 10 minutes, doing 5 sets of dead lift and 5 sets of chest press maching and some stretching, it took only 40 minutes to finish all those things. That is why I decided to organize the framework of my workout. To saturate myself with time and develop muscles properly, I need to determine the type of exercises and the order. Tonight, I will watch some clips on YouTube in order to obtain professional advice.
